Job Detail: Job Description / Responsibility

To achieve individual target set by line manager.
To submit weekly and monthly business call report to line manager as per bank’s provided format.
To participate in Daily Morning Meeting.
To participate in weekly meetings like Sales Review Meeting (SRM) and Team Meeting.
To maintain and coordinate with Sales Manager for team member’s compliance issues.
Mandatory meet monthly target set by respective line manager.
Follow all pre-set internal procedures and guidelines specified for the Card sales dept.
Focus on new sales acquisitions and encourage all new services.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a positive sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business acquisition.
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Any other Tasks related to card division assigned by Line Manager/Head of Sales /Head of Card Division.
